HOW IS THE OPERATION APPLIED?
The prepared PRP solution is injected into the scalp or skin through the fine needles after giving local anesthesia. The duration of the process is approximately 15-20 minutes.
WHAT IS THE CGF (CONCENTRATED GROWTH FACTORS) – CD34 STEM CELL TREATMENT?
CGF-CD34 application enables the use of the healing potential of the blood in an intensified way to rehabilitate or regenerate the cells or tissues of concern.
Stem cells have the potential to for regeneration/renewal at various levels, governing the rehabilitation. Obtained from the individual herself/himself, these cells contain growth factors intensively.
PRM material is obtained additionally by the CGF-CD34 method. This PRP material is close to the one obtained by the conventional methods. It is applied to all conditions where PRP is applied to.
CGF-CD34 is one constituent of the blood with the highest potential for healing. It is not only applied directly to the tissue, but it can also be applied intravenously if your physician deems it necessary.
CGF-CD34 has been recently used to treat many diseases increasingly. Frequently used as a cosmetic and an anti-aging agent, CGF-CD34 is currently used for the treatment of musculoskeletal system disorders, wounds, burns, and hair loss.
CGF-CD34 APPLICATIONS AESTHETIC PURPOSES
It can be applied to all parts of the body with a sagging appearance such as:
- Inner thighs, areas of cellulite,
FOR THE TREATMENT OF SKIN CREASES OR SAGGING
It is applied successfully to the whole face area (to the wrinkles in the forehead, corners of the eyes, and on the edges of the nose),
For the treatment of wrinkles, sagging and discolorations in the neck and décolleté region,
To the wrinkles, sagging areas, and striae in the upper arms, abdomen, and knees,
For elimination of sagging appearances, striae, and scars.
Addition of ozone to the CGF-CD34 solution at recommended doses activates it together with the healing thrombocytes and increases the amounts of growth hormone. The oxygen level in the tissues rises and the tissues begin to regenerate.
HOW LONG DOES THE CGF-CD34 EFFECT LAST? WHAT ARE THE SUCCESS RATES?
The improvement occurs usually, after the first injection. Even after a few days following the operation, a healthy radiance can be observed in the skin. This method is recommended to be applied at 3-6 session courses with 3-week to 3-month intervals. Following these, repeating the process 3-4 times a year will provide a permanent rejuvenating effect.
The presence of some factors including smoking, alcohol use, menopause, insufficient protection from ultraviolet radiation, nutritional insufficiencies and irregularities may require sooner repetition of the dose applications. In the absence of these conditions, booster courses will be appropriate once a year or every two years.
While some people experience partial improvements, full improvements have been demonstrated in some individuals. The success rate has been determined to be at a rate of 80-85% by many scientific studies. Some studies have shown that the healing process still continues even 6-9 months later after the application. However, as long as the causes leading to tissue damage are not eliminated, the damage can occur again.
The CGF-CD34 treatment does not cause any side effects and does not pose a risk for allergies, contamination of infections, or tissue incompatibilities as the individual’s own blood is used for treatment. However, during injections and interventions, some findings may be observed such as bruising, bleeding, redness, burning, and painful nerve sensitivity to a little extent.
The points to remember after the application:
- Some redness and a feeling of tension will be experienced in the application area. These will resolve themselves without treatment. The area of application should not be washed or cleaned for 4-6 hours.
- Blocking or comedogenic makeup should not be applied for 24 hours. Your face should be protected with sunscreens containing SPF 30 for the first few days.
- It is not recommended to use makeup products for 12-24 hours after application.
- Following the application, individuals should not swim in the pool or in the sea for a duration of 12-24 hours.
- After the injection, anti-inflammatory medicines (i.e., rheumatoid-painkillers) are not used as they will neutralize the natural remediation process induced by CGF-CD34. If necessary, paracetamol type painkillers can be used or cold compresses with ice can be applied.
PLEASE NOTE! Tubes used for PRP are sterilized and specially produced. They were granted with CE Class IIB certificate. The PRP materials are sometimes prepared in the simple conventional laboratory tubes, however, the efficacy of the procedure will be reduced and some side effects can be observed in these cases. These tubes are produced to perform tests in the blood but out of the body. No biocompatibility tests are applied to those tubes and their use for the clinical purposes is not approved.
