Genital Aesthetic Operations<\/strong>
\nAesthetic and functional disorders in the genital area affect women’s sexual lives as well as their social lives to a great extent. Problems in genital and urinary (urinary) systems can even reach psychiatric dimensions. What causes these problems to arise? How affected are women’s lives? What are the treatments and solutions? In this group, which is evaluated in a general framework as genital aesthetic operations, correction of distressing structures during sexual intercourse or urination, correction of lips which are larger or smaller than normal (labium minor) which impair the aesthetic appearance, and vaginoplasty in which the enlargement of the anterior and posterior wall of the vagina are usually corrected. vaginal contraction) operations. Another operation evaluated in this group is the Himenoplasty (hymen repair) operation that can be applied to eliminate the social problems that may be experienced in our country.<\/p>\n

Conditions such as constipation that increase intraabdominal pressure and difficult births may cause sagging of the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina. These sags may also cause urinary incontinence. These problems are sometimes treated with drugs, sometimes with the contraction of the muscles of the genital region called kegel exercises or by electrical stimulation with biofeedback physical therapy devices, and the last cases are treated with surgical methods.<\/p>\n

In some countries, kegel exercises are performed with electrical stumulation abroad in order to strengthen the muscles relax after birth, to prevent vaginal sagging and to avoid the incontinence problem in the future. Thus, the tightening of the muscles in the early postnatal period is achieved by regaining vaginal tightness, thus preventing the occurrence of problems such as sexual reluctance.<\/p>\n

Vaginal electrical stimulation is performed with the help of a small probe. In the first stage, electrical stimuli are given in different programs for contraction and stimulation of the muscles, and in the second stage, vaginal tightness is tried to be achieved with biofeedback therapy.<\/p>\n

In our clinic, incontinence, vaginal anterior and \/ or posterior wall sagging levels are determined by gynecological examination, medical treatment, treatment with non-surgical biofeedback electrical stimulation and surgical treatment are planned individually. Dysparonia and vaginismus treatment is provided by muscle relaxation with biofeedback therapy, and electrical stimulation may not be needed.<\/p>\n

Vaginoplasty (Shrinking of the vagina)<\/strong>
\nVaginoplasty (vaginal contraction) is the operation where the vagina is tightened. Treatment is usually performed by removing the sagging vaginal tissue due to births and compressing the soft tissues and muscles surrounding the vagina. \nWomen whose inner lips are too drooping, disproportionate and large, prefer surgery because of the aesthetic discomfort and the fact that these sagging lips intervene during sexual intercourse and cause the woman to feel pain.<\/p>\n

The large size of labia minas causes psychological and social problems especially in young and middle age women. Prevents patients from doing sports properly.

In addition, labia minoras can easily cause painful and fragrant infections as irritation, which prevents a healthy sex life.
\nExcessively large inner lips can lead to problems of self-confidence, abstraction from sexual life, difficulty in orgasm, and advanced sexual coldness.<\/p>\n

Vaginal plastic surgery is a very simple operation. This operation lasts approximately 30 minutes and the large lips that are sagging are cut and reduced. The patient can return to normal life on same day.<\/p>\n

Antibiotic treatment is started during the operation. Antibiotic and painkillers – anti-inflammatory treatment continues for one week after the operation. One of the most commonly used incisions is the S incision, which prevents contractures and stiffness in this highly elastic tissue.
\nThe first 10-15 days after the operation may be painful for patients. Painkillers reduce the pain of patients and the recommended dressing should be done and antibiotics should be used.
